Linkin Park fans around the world tuned in on Sunday, August 29 for the highly anticipated MTV Video Music Awards. With two nominations up for grabs – one of which was Viewer’s Choice – the fans could do nothing but support the band and vote. Unfortunately, the Best Rock Video was not to be given to them, and Jet went home with that award. Though dumbstruck and disappointed, this did not bring the supporters down. In fact, it caused them to heighten their attempts to save the band’s one remaining nomination.
