Actually the cine-manga is a DVD that comes with the book. It contains the BTH music video, the making of BTH, and the ORIGINAL music video for BTH.

Um, no. That's the DVD.
The Cine-Manga is the book, as stated in many interviews by the members of the band, in reviews etc., and on the book itself.
And it's not the original video, as it was recorded in May.

The Breaking The Habit DVD is not a commercially released album, it is a limited edition single. If you want to talk about it, you're more than welcome to, we're not going to 'update' a forum for something only one country can buy.
