Title: 25 seconds thin

This board doesn't allow to post before 25 seconds are over! Why and can u change something?

I'm aware of that. After every post you have to wait 25 seconds to make a new post. This is to prevent flooding. I shall make it into 15 seconds for now, since there hasn't been any problems with that issue. ;) Is that oké with you?

My computer is slow because it was infected by spyware and adware.
