His red and brown PRS's are tuned and set up exactly the same, he switches between them mid-show probably so one doesn't go out of tune from being played too much.

On Figure.09, the last 3 strings are tuned like on most LP songs, the 1st and 3rd strings are taken off, and the 2nd string is tuned the same as the 6th string.
