Title: Jayz & Linkin Park
Description: Hmm

Andz - March 29, 2006 02:02 PM (GMT)
I'm not sure, Linkin park songs are masterpeaces, I don't like it when Jayz terns them into black rap. Mike dose enough rapping, His rapping is perfect, why add more?
Like "Numb" and "In the end", Perfect songs, why tern them in to totall rap.
Linkin Park could be working on all new songs instead of playing around with there old ones.
(Whom are perfect on there own)

Its like tampering with art you know.
Anyway what do you guys think?

[LP] In The End - March 29, 2006 04:26 PM (GMT)
I like Collision Course, but the original songs are way better. Don't worry it was just a mash-up album. They're working on their new album now, that will probably be released late this year. :)

ye i think collision course was an ok album for everyone liking any music but i have to aggree it would have been sooo much better if they made new songs. i kinda didnt like the way they mixed numb and encore. the begining was hyped up and real good but then it just beacame> the first half Jay Z > the second part lp. i wonder what lp and metallica wouldve sounded like or lp and.. .. evanescence? lol or blink 182

I don't like the remix that is done to the originally excellent LP songs

I agree, Jayz runes there songs.

LP has enough rap in there songs thanks to good old Mike.
The amount of rap he presents is a perfect amount.
LP Is a Rock thing, not a Rap thing, Its not called "Linkin cent" or something like that.

If Jayz wasn't bad enough, What about that Rap chick they got to remix "One step closer" ?
That totally sucked, No offence, but it was a gay rap then it was like they just used Windows Movie maker to fade in the Original Song after the "SHUT UP!" verse, Remember it, it went like.
"Bla Bla Bla I can't get a job, boo hoo, La La crappy Rap by some chick" - (Fade in) - "Everything you say to me/sends me one step closer to the edge, and I'm about to" - (Tune) - " BRAKE!"

not a perfect description but there you go.
The "Numb" Rap remix like Fall'out_Boy said, wasn't very good at all.
Just the Numb tune then Jayz and Chester, with Mike saying "(Caught in the undertow, just caught in the undertow)" like he does in the original.

The Rap remixes arent very good at all.
The WORST was when Jayz decided to rap remix poor old "In the end". Its like taking a masterpiece and spitting all over it.

"
A to the izzy, B da izzy Yo/(It starts with) one thing I don't know why
It doesn't even matter how hard you try
Keep that in mind I designed this rhyme when I was obsessed with time
All I know, time to so-socialize like the host of the party
All for shake and made eye contact
Party control showing all that
Northeast, southwest coast
Stand out the window, no opportunity to mingle
I tried to show her, if you could just sense a middle disorder
I brought you back of the thing
Like the imaginary man of your dreams
Well, you would always seem to make it worth it
A pig skin I never nerfed it
you felt lovin, I never applied a room
without bringing the plan
by any means and means of leaving you teens,
of all those teenage scenes, I tried so hard" user posted image

Poor In the end ;_;.

But that's not to say every every LP remix is a murder.
Like the "Points of Authority" Techno remix, that's pretty good I think.
Not as good as the original obviously, but still very good.
The "In the end" Dance remix was messed up.
It was just a few beets followed by classic In the end only the speed was increased along with a few beets and DJ Add ons.

Hell, I could do that on a simple remix program.

But that's just what I think, you guys might have a different view on all this remixing jargon.

But I think we can all agree that Linkin Parks songs are masterpieces themselves and that there is no possible was to make them any better, so they sould just stop screwing around with them and make some new ones.
Masterpieces can't be edited or change to make better.
You've gotta make new ones you know.

What Andz said... (love youu XD)
ehm..
i think LP songs are good enough.. they dont need sthn "more"
if jayz raps in some of them... ill like them anyway, but, original versions are better..

Personally I think JayZ is just some washed up old rapper trying to get back on top.
No one likes JayZ, He's a cocky little bastard and he brings LP down.

Message to mike: DUDE, GET A BETTER RAPPER TO HELP YOU!

Coo_Lp - June 18, 2006 07:27 PM (GMT)
i think jayz isnt thaat bad.. i mean.. mike is better hehe.. but, i dont think he needs another rapper, no matter whom, even if it was the best.. i think mike can do it alone.. Jayz or any other rapper would bring LP songs a bit down.

Fall'out_Boy - June 29, 2006 10:54 AM (GMT)
