Amidst rumours that they would be playing one of the 5 concerts, Linkin Park have officially announced that they will playing the Philadelphia Live 8 concert, to be held at the Museum of Art on July 2nd 2005.
They will join a whole host of other artists set to play, including: Will Smith, Bon Jovi, Dave Matthews Band, Jay-Z, Kaiser Chiefs, Keith Urban, Maroon 5, P Diddy, Rob Thomas, Sarah McLachlan and Stevie Wonder.

i wish i could go and see LP live
but unfortunately i live in boring Australia,
i will definately watch them on TV...wouldnt miss it for the world!!!! :lol:

According to LPTimes, it will be on MTV and VH1. I can't wait to see it!!! :D

they sounded reely bad in live 8...its either Chester was pulling the mike to far from his mouth or his voice is starting to fade, either way they didnt sound good at all :(
