Either buy it off of Ebay or refer people to the LPU. With the second choice it's a 1 in 3 chance of actually getting EP, seeing that they select a random CD from either LPU 1, 2, or 3.

i am not a LPU memeber and i don't have a checking account or a credit card so i can't get it on ebay

Most people who own HTEP usually aren't willing to let it go because they like it and/or rarity. I still say that your best bet is E-bay.
